Dan Testifying 3.jpg (214856 bytes)The investigation stage involves an approach geared to meet our client’s needs. It usually includes an analysis of the subject property, review of pertinent documents, documentation of field observations, and any necessary material testing that helps us make a preliminary determination of what is responsible for the condition that concerns our client. Photographs, videotaping, slides, charts, and other exhibits can also be developed.

An evaluation is then produced for our client. Depending on the client’s request, the report might include an explanation of conditions observed, conceptual repair solutions, and a cost estimate for the repair or replacement of the condition.
